To guarantee the availability of our black vehicles (Confort Sedan or Van), booking is ideally made at least 24 hours in advance via our online form. For any urgent last-minute request, you can contact us directly by phone or via WhatsApp at +33 6 28 80 13 23. Our team will process your request immediately to confirm an available chauffeur as soon as possible.

In accordance with our general terms and conditions, any transfer or hourly hire booking can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed departure time. In case of cancellation within this time frame, any deposit paid is fully refunded. To modify your pick-up time or location, a simple message via WhatsApp or email is sufficient.

We track flight status in real time at airports (Strasbourg-Entzheim, Basel-Mulhouse, Baden-Baden, Frankfurt, Zurich) as well as TGV and ICE train arrivals at stations. Your chauffeur automatically adjusts their arrival time at no extra charge. A free waiting time allowance of 60 minutes is offered at airports and 30 minutes at train stations starting from landing or train arrival.

You can pay for your trip directly online when booking by secure credit card, or on board to the chauffeur by credit card or cash. For long-distance trips, tailor-made sightseeing tours or multi-hour hourly hire, a confirmation deposit may be requested upon booking to hold the vehicle.

Yes, the price quoted during your quote request or online booking is firm, fixed and transparent with no surprises. It includes all fees: private chauffeur service, fuel, highway tolls and border crossings. Unlike traditional transport with a meter, the price does not change in case of slowdowns or traffic jams.

Capacity depends on the selected vehicle range. The Confort Sedan accommodates up to 3 passengers and 3 standard-sized luggage items. Our Van and Van Confort ranges can transport up to 8 passengers and 8 large luggage items. Chauffeur assistance with loading and unloading your luggage is systematically included in the service.

Yes, the safety and comfort of young children are a priority. We provide child seats adapted to your children's age and height free of charge (baby shells, child seats and booster seats). Simply specify the age and number of children when filling in your booking form or by message.

Small pets are allowed on board, provided they are placed in a suitable carrier for the duration of the trip. For larger animals, please consult us in advance via WhatsApp so we can arrange the most appropriate vehicle and keep the interior clean.

Tipping is completely optional and left to your sole discretion. On board our recent, meticulously maintained black vehicles, you enjoy bottled water, phone chargers and a climate-controlled interior. Our private chauffeur guarantees a courteous, discreet and professional welcome throughout the journey.

The hourly hire option allows you to reserve the vehicle and its private chauffeur for a specified duration, starting at €50 per hour for a Confort Sedan with a 4-hour minimum. The chauffeur remains at your exclusive disposal for back-to-back business meetings, sightseeing or events, adapting to your pace and managing waiting time at each step.
